Order Preparation and Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT, GST etc.), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Omega Surf Wear is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
As we Mainly ship from North America and Europe and Australia, packages to these destinations usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days after fulfilment if not sooner. Some eastern European countries may take a few days longer. Although we ship worldwide Some destinations take longer. If you live in a country with a known slow postal systems this may impact you too. We try to make use of couriers wherever possible, but smaller items may use the standard postal system. Especially to locations that are off the shipping origin continent as the shipping expenses become prohibitive. All postal deliveries are via Registered or Tracked mail. You will receive an email letting you know that your purchase has shipped and a link to track the item.
South African deliveries are known to take upto 45 days, in some cases this is longer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If you registered an account with us when making your purchase you can also see your shipping status here. Just enter your Order ID and the email address used for the Billing contact.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. As we use a number of carriers that may or may not be able to deliver to a P.O. Box in your country it is suggested that the shipping address is a home or business address.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
