What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form. We also store the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string for a short time to help spam detection.
After approval of your comment and or rating, your profile picture if applicable, and chosen name is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Comments are approved manually as protection against Spam and harmful materials that may be posted.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Data and Infrastructure Protection
All core infrastructure assets are protected by firewall services as well as by Web Application Firewall and Bot Protection by Cloudflare. All Web Server content including but not limited to html, php, images, and Database data is backed up both onsite and offsite to ensure minimal impact in the case of natural disaster, dataloss, hardware failure and security breach. Both Cloudflare and our Hosting Provider protect against DDoS and other risks on the edge of their networks.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. Once you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with
For the purposes of web analytics your visit may be tracked anonymously with search and marketing partners including Google and Facebook. We may also temporarily store cookie information and your email address if entered during the checkout / shopping card process. Unless you opt in to our mailing list your personal information is only used for the purposes of placing your order and shipping.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Your Name, Contact number and Shipping information is shared with out fulfilment partners for the purposes of delivering your purchases. We never sell or share your contact information other than with our payment gateway or fulfilment and shipping partners.
Your Account Information
You can create an account with your contact details and shipping information. This can speed up the checkout process and allows for more granular order status updates. However creating an account for the purposes of making a purchase is not required.
Payment Information
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.
We also make use of Coinbase for Cypto Payments. When processing these payments, some of your data will be passed onto Coinbase. Please see the Coinbase Merchant Privacy and Security Page for more details.
How we protect your data
The first way that we protect your data is to not store any data that is not needed. No billing data is stored by us. The only data that we do store during the purchase process or when you create an account on our store is Contact information, Shipping and Billing Address.
- Inactive Accounts are automatically deleted after 12 months.
- Completed Order information is retained for 3 months.
- Abandoned Shopping Cart Information is retained for no longer than 10 days.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If we become aware of a data breach any and all impacted customers will be notified via email.
