Shopping & Shipping

The shipping methods available do vary based on your location. We do offer next business day and express shipping in parts of North America and Europe.

Shipping within the United States:



Shipping from our EU warehouses to major centres in the EU should have very similar time frames as the above US shipping details.

 

Shipping Internationally outside of the US and EU

Generally, this will be Standard shipping (

Some areas may take a little longer than 20 days after shipping.

Items are generally shipping within 24 to 48 hours during business days.

  • Express and Overnight may not be available in your location. If the options do not present themselves to you on checkout, then Standard Shipping is used.

The packages should arrive sooner than the 20 days mentioned but it may be delayed because of your local postal services. We have experienced longer than normal delivery times in some countries, and Covid-19 seems to be a factor at times.

Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service, Canada Post, and Royal Mail) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. We also make use commercial companies (like FedEx) We suggest you use a physical address instead of a P.O. Box address to ensure a smooth delivery. However smaller items are often sent via Registered Mail. so you may receive a notice from your postal service to collect the package in the Post Office.

  1. Wait a day or two, Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
  2. Check the tracking information at track.omegasurfwear.com and enter your tracking number. This information is usually the most up to date as it shows the step by step movement of your parcel.
  3. Get in touch with our Customer Service team, Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. Clothing items are usually shipped in a single package. Although some of our fulfilment partners may ship your packages as they become ready or from 2 locations. This can be because of high demand or stock shortages at one location.

Some of our products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we’ll always ship separately are, stickers, backpacks or bags.

It is possible that if you order 2 items they may arrive a few days apart. Other than protecting the integrity of the shipped item there may also be other logistical reasons why there are different packages and shipments. In a few cases 1 product could be shipped from North America, while the other may be shipped from Europe. We do try to avoid this, however once again do to stock levels and demand the fulfilment centre that is able to ship the soonest will do so.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we will make every effort to get the address corrected and shipped back to you or to the recipient of the package if it is a gift.

If the item is damaged on delivery please email Customer Service with your order number and pictures of the damaged item. We will then ascertain if we are able to send you a replacement or offer a refund, either as a store credit or as a credit to your PayPal or Credit Card.

Yes we do ship internationally. We ship to most countries around the world.

We have fulfilment Centres in North America, Europe, Australia and Japan.

We do not ship to the following countries:

Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria

This does depend from country to country, based on trade agreements and economic regions. If your order is shipped from a facility that’s in a different region than your delivery destination, you may have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. The customs fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.

Payments

We currently offer Paypal and Coinbase as payment partners

PayPal is obviously well known and used all over the world and can be used with or without a credit or debit card depending on where you live. Paypal also protects you as the customer. You can make payments with your Credit Card with Paypal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

We also offer crypto payment options, You can pay via Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and a few other options. We partner with CoinBase for these transactions

Your payment details (Credit Card etc) are never seen by Omega Surf Wear and we do not store these details in any way. It can be inconvenient to have to fill in your details multiple times over multiple purchases but it is safer that way.

In the future we will also be adding other payment methods, including eWallet and EFT options. As well as other Credit Card Payment Processors. We understand that not all options work in all countries.

Yes, you can. We partner with CoinBase for these transactions.

When you checkout you can select the “Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies” Option.
We accept the following Crypto Currencies:

Yes we do. If the cards are accepted by our payment partners your card will be accepted by us.

Paypal accepts these Credit Cards:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRout.

Check (Cheque) cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.

Tax may be chargeable in some states in the USA, or Canada.

We are also obliged to charge VAT in some European locations, Currently, that is UK, Spain, and Latvia.

If Tax or VAT is chargeable based on your Country or State the amount the Tax-inclusive price will be shown on the product page. On the Checkout screen, there will be a separate line item for VAT or TAX

Omega Surf Wear is a part of Alpha Undici. In some cases we share payment processors. So if you see Alpha Undici on a Paypal or Credit Card transaction after making a purchase from Omega Surf Wear there is nothing to worry about. This is also mentioned on the checkout screen.

Shipping & Returns

Generally your order can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

If you have an account with us there should be an option under Orders.

If that option is not there, or you did not place the order using your Omega Surf Wear account, please contact [email protected]

Within a 24 hours of your package shipping you should start seeing shipping updates. You will be notified via email with your tracking number.

You will be able to track your shipment via track.omegasurfwear.com, or Aftership or a number of other tracking services.
